At TSSA, every educator is a creative guide, empowering students to explore, express, and grow through art.
At TSSA, our faculty team brings together outstanding educators from some of the world’s top art institutions — including OCAD University, Parsons, RISD, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts. With deep academic foundations and years of professional experience, they are active creators in fields such as visual arts, media arts, illustration, animation, fashion, and interaction design.

Our instructors are more than teachers — they’ve worked as illustrators, directors, media artists, brand designers — and they bring their real-world experience into the classroom, transforming it into rich, meaningful, and hands-on learning.
We offer small-class instruction combined with a mentorship model. Each student engages in close, ongoing interaction with their mentor — receiving not only technical guidance, but also support in critical thinking, storytelling, and creative direction.

We emphasize a dual structure of small-group instruction and personalized mentorship. Every student works closely with dedicated instructors who offer ongoing feedback, guidance on portfolio development, and support in shaping personal creative language.
TSSA also regularly invites guest lecturers—working artists, designers, and cultural practitioners from around the world—to lead workshops and special projects. Whether it’s an installation artist on international residency,a fashion creative director, or a curator of indepen-dent publishing, students gain rare access to au-thentic creative dialogue and collaboration.
