OSSD DIPLOMA

"At TSSA, academics are not a pause from creation—they are its foundation."

The OSSD Diploma — A Global Academic Passport

TSSA offers the globally recognized Ontario Secondary School Diploma, with courses covering arts, humanities, mathematics, business, science and writing, supporting students to develop in a multi-dimensional context.

Compared with the traditional "one exam determines life" system, OSSD emphasizes process evaluation and continuous growth -
70% daily performance + 30% final evaluation, so that your efforts are truly recorded.

With OSSD, TSSA students can apply directly to world-class universities including the University of Toronto, McGill University, University of Waterloo, Harvard University, UAL, RCA, etc. without a hard language threshold.

Arts-Integrated Academic Curriculum

At TSSA, academic content is "artistically" embedded in every student's creative path.

• In art history classes, you are not memorizing dates, but learning how to disassemble images, judge styles, and interpret cultural symbols
• In interdisciplinary writing, you learn to use words to construct curatorial language and express visual logic
• In math and science courses, you will discover how they are related to structure, dynamic design, and material logic

Each course is a knowledge structure prepared for creators.

Advanced Preparation – AP Art and Design & Art History

To support applications to the world's top art schools, TSSA offers several AP college preparatory courses to help students build international general knowledge and a foundation for building a portfolio:

AP Art and Design – emphasizes "continuous exploration" and independent project development, outputs a complete visual portfolio, and deeply connects with the evaluation systems of universities such as RISD, Parsons, and CSM
AP Art History – understands visual art from a cross-cultural perspective, cultivates students' critical language and image analysis skills, and provides strong academic support for curatorial and theoretical universities
