Sports & Wellbeing
At TSSA, exercise is a daily habit and a way to balance creation and life.We encourage students to actively explore the relationship between body and rhythm, release stress, improve concentration and body coordination.
There is no single standard here, nor is competitive performance emphasized. We provide a variety of sports options so that every student can find a way that suits them:

Light competitive activities such as badminton, basketball, and running

Relaxation training such as yoga, stretching, and meditation

Creative combination experiences such as dance clubs, outdoor hiking, and physical training

Exercise is not an additional option at TSSA, but an important part of supporting creation and growth.
